Intermediate Capital Group co-invests in the management-led buyout of Marken

Intermediate Capital Group PLC ("ICG"), a leading independent investor in leveraged buyouts announces it is providing equity and mezzanine finance in support of Marken’s management buyout. The management team will acquire majority ownership in the company from 3i. Marken is one of the leading global players providing logistics to the biopharmaceutical industry. The terms of the buyout are not disclosed.
