Background: Arjo, based in Sweden, is the world's largest supplier of integrated bathing, hygiene, lifting and moving equipment for use by individuals who have restricted movement (primarily the elderly).
ICG provided a mezzanine loan for buyout to support CWB Capital Partners.
In November 1993 Arjo was floated on the London and Swedish Stock Exchanges.
