Warsaw, where it benefits from a very stable core customer base to whom it is broadening its product range to achieve growth. Management are highly regarded, as is the reputation of the business and brand by its customers.
ICG participated in recapitalization following ICG’s involvement (mezzanine loan and equity) in secondary buyout to support Mid Europa Partners.
